Not MY challenge, but I wanted to let you know about it.
My friend, who recently started a blog, has issued a 30-day fitness challenge. I am currently THINKING about taking up this challenge, but haven’t actually committed to it yet. ( I just read about it 5 minutes ago!)
I thought you might be interested in trying it out for yourself. She’d love to have encouragement and stories of how other women are doing with their challenge. It’s on your own time table, so you can start today, tomorrow, or next week. Whenever.
I hope you at least check out the info. It’s short, quick, and easy to start. I’ll let you know if I ever go from thinking about it to doing it.
